Never Updates
Multiple reinstalls and phone calls to customers service leading up to my hunt and here I am opening morning and the app won’t load my tags.

I was having trouble signing in and she said that she would email me to my gmail account.Which never sent out an email.It’s very frustrating and I think it’s just not me who has issues.
Under Developed
Sub par app. Should be able to access fishing and small game licenses as well as all the different handbooks and regulations.
Major issues
It wouldn’t update my tags so I tried logging out and it wouldn’t let me, I uninstalled and installed back again and now it won’t recognize my username and password. Horrible app, they need to fix it
E tag
You have to delete the app and re download it and log in. Should come up then. I don’t know why it’s like that but I have to do it every year.
Trying to sign up
Apparently I go by Gabriel A Maes so but that it rejects it. I would thing a business like New Mexico Department of Game Fish could be so efficient. It seems like they have low rating
Not all licenses work
It won’t pull up a non-resident non-game license for coyotes.

This app is one of the worse apps ever but still hasn’t been fixed. I had so many problems trying to tag my animal something needs to be done like yesterday!!!
Terrible App
So many problems with how this thing works. Have had to delete and re-download several times in order to be able to display my issued tags. If you have that problem deleting and downloading the app seems to help. Stupid to have to do that but if it works, it works. Hopefully it isn’t ever required when I’m out hunting and don’t have service!

One solution to the glitches
After draw results came out, it wouldn’t update my licenses. I couldn’t even ‘log out’. To try a fresh log in. But I did get it to update everything by deleting and redownloading the app. After a fresh sign in, all is well, for now.
It’s a frustrating but decent app
The idea is very good. No paper license to Cary and get destroyed. I always have my phone so that’s the way to go. I had a lot of issues with the app until I turned off the VPN. If you can’t pull up your tag it it says no internet, that’s what worked for me. Once I logged in, the VPN got turned on and it still works.

Fishing license
It’s frustrating that this app doesn’t show my fishing license. It would be nice to be able to pull up my fishing license on this app when asked for it, instead of carrying around a paper copy. Every other state app already has this feature, why not NM?
App not working
When I open the app the welcome screen appears with my information on it. The app immediately closes if I click “view licenses” if I click logout it says “expired token” I’d love to use the E tag option but not sure I can as of now.
Doesn’t work
Doesn’t pull any licenses or tags. Tried deleting and reinstalling with no luck. About to go hunting and now I don’t know if I even can.
Not showing valid tags and or licenses???
I have tried multiple times after downloading this app to see my licenses and it just tells me none are available? I have the printed paper here that says that I drew this hunt and I have my valid hunting license but no tag that I could show? What do I do? Not very user-friendly. When I try to log out to refresh it it says token expired? What does that mean and then it won’t let the program close or restart and I’m connected to a fast Internet set up.

Has never worked!
This app is trash. I’ve never been able to view tags and when I deleted to reinstall it says no internet connection.
Cannot log in, says no internet connection.
Having issues accessing my Turkey tags. When I login it says no “internet connection, you do not have service”. I have internet with full bars, not sure why this is happening. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled with the same message popping up.

This is great info. How do you de-install the app.
Delete and reinstall
It would not load my new tags for 2022 so I deleted the e-tag app and reinstalled and login again and everything was fixed
