Essential Tool
Very thankful for this app. I found that it was an essential tool in my preparation for the test. I studied books and listen to video lectures but being able to take practice test was very important. It allowed me to understand where I needed more improvement.
The test scores were a pretty good indicator for me. Once I started to get above 75 I help confidence to take the actual test. Once I took the test i passed it on the first try.

Pretty good so far
Studied a few test and the explanations to the answers are great. It’s Wednesday and my test is Friday so hopefully I can get a passing score. I’ll come back with an update
Wants you to purchase a year
I purchased the month option but it stopped showing the explanation and wanted me to purchase the most expensive option. Even though it was showing the explanation once I first purchased. Save your money and try an MLO app. They don’t keep asking for more money and they show the explanation after you purchase the first time.

Repetitive questions-not like the rest
I liked the format, but there wasn’t a large enough range of questions. Every question that said “all of the above” was always that answer. The test doesn’t have more than one answer. This is slightly helpful, but I switched to another app that has over 1600 various questions.
By the time you are done with this app, you are in memorization mode because it’s very repetitive. The problem is I didn’t get similar questions on my test. I was one point away from passing and don’t think more time with this app would have helped

I feel robbed
I paid for this subscription on the 8th of February 2026. Nothing has changed in the app. No features has been unlocked. No explanations to the questions, no scores are shown. It will not allow me to get help through the app. Nothing has changed within the app no difference from unpaid version. I have been trying to contact their help desk, I’ve tried emailing support. I can’t find a customer service contact number. It will not give me a refund either. Very upsetting, very frustrating, big let down.

it’s not free
Installed cause many reviews said it was free, but i only got to answer 10 questions and it said my time was up and come back tomorrow. Not enough time to study. that is the 4 stars.
I love the challenging questions,explanations to the incorrect answers and the option to get more details before answering- though i try to avoid this feature unless im very unsure. it’s still awesome. I plan to purchase the app in the near future because it does seem extremely useful. 4 stars cause the app isn’t free.

Used this app for most of my studying, and the questions are not that easy but the explanations and the summaries at your disposal really help you understand the principles of the NMLS exam.

Wrong answers
It’s a pretty good app, and it has a lot of potential, but about 25% of the questions make absolutely no sense. Or the answers are wrong. And a lot of the questions are like “ What’s NOT a reason that this would NOT be an issue with a nonconforming loan “ that’s too many changes…. Just ask us a question normally

A wonderful way to have test question to learn how to take the text. You get detailed answer so you learn if you are wrong as you go.
