It won't let me make an account or sign in with my own account. Only as a guest. I do not have an E badge to test this with to see if I can upload images. apparently, I’m not the only one this is happening too. Hopefully this issue gets fixed when I eventually get a E-badge.

Won’t connect to Bluetooth anymore! I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it still doesn’t connect!

Hello! I bought the Beambox Badge (specifically on TikTok from the Beambox store. US)
Everything seems to work wonderfully.
It came fully charged.
The instructions are clear, and simple.
Click the Bluetooth button, connect on the App, and upload your pictures/videos/gifts.
You can even generate images that I feel are fairly good on the app using Ai.
I logged in as GUEST, and that allowed access to everything.
I did try to make an account but got an Error.
All In All I am very satisfied with the profuct, and highly recommend it.
It's a nice novelty, and perfect for tying down your look of expression.

Cool product but app is terrible 🤣🤣
The app is terrible. You have AI now that can spin this up way better. Just fix the app and make it speedy, snappy, and a nice UI, and this product has lots of potential.
App Works Great
App works fine once you spend some time figuring it out! Haven’t had any issues yet; I was able to create an account and everything. Not sure where these one-stars are coming from.
Great item
It took me a bit to figure out how to connect to Bluetooth. You have to click the button once and it has to display Bluetooth. Then you can connect via the app. If you are on photo sharing, you went too far and it won’t connect.
Buggy, cant receive code, upload image
The app is buggy, cant create account / receive code, cant upload picture, too bad device looks cool but app make it unusable

Won’t let me sign in or create an account,won’t connect to my Bluetooth making the badges useless since I can’t connect or use them

it just takes some getting used to with using the badge but so far in my experience I didn’t have any issues once I started to understand how it worked

I am highly disappointed. After just 1 week I can’t up load any videos it’s says failed upload I can’t seem to get support any where
