3 Day Trial Deceptive

I wanted to see how the app worked and was offered a THREE day trial. I entered thru and was charged $54.25 for a year’s worth of photo cropping. I would NEVER pay that much to crop a photo. Trial period is extremely deceptive.

Way too expensive for what it is and the ads are intrusive. Like really, do you need an ad every time to click to do something????? I get having an ad maybe every 3 or 4 conversions, but every damn click????

Bait & switch

I started the 3 day free trial, only to be charged for the yearly subscription ($49.99) within minutes. When I went to cancel the subscription, I saw that there was no trial but instead had indeed subscribed to the app for a year. Incredibly dishonest and sketchy service model, I do NOT recommend! They will charge you, there is no “free trial”

Nothing is free

They have no made it so you can’t change be the background and added the ugliest watermark so that you HAVE to buy premium. You can’t even edit properly without paying at least $10/month. DELETING THIS APP

Fraudulent Charge

I was charged for a full year when I signed up for a 3 day trial period and refused a refund!!! Very upset as this is total fraud!

Nothing is Free

You will need to pay for a subscription to use the tools. The very minimal number of things that you can do require you to watch add even to see what it would look like. There has got to be something better out there.

Refund!

I subscribed to the 3 days free trail and canceled it the very next day but still got charged for the entire year! $53 I’ve contacted Apple and the company refuses to refund me for a mistake made on their end. Beware of unwanted charges!!

Bad customer support

I downloaded several apps for insta, I didn’t use any of those, but No Crop charged me for yearly Pro. The support didn’t even respond and at the moment I’m going to my bank to get a refund as I’ve been scammed.

Great app only one glaring issue

I like this app. I use it a lot I bought the year subscription. My only issue is you can only do one picture at a time so it can take ages. I’d love a batch option for times when I’m going to add multiple pictures to one post and not have to through and select the same settings every time for each picture.

If this is fixed it will be one of the best apps out there for instagram
