App takes an eternity to pay you in hopes you will keep depositing in the mean time, if u like this ap you must never win cause I have never seen an app take so long to pay. I think all the 4 star reviews on here are fake I’m going on business day 5 of my cash out not being processed. Received the below from customer service. I’m pretty sure this ap needs to be class action sued

Do not use an Apple credit Card
There is absolutely no way for them to validate your card even if you have all the access you need. They require that you provide proof that it is yours by a statement which I provided and a picture of the card. Unfortunately that card does not have the card number on it but just my name. This is not enough for them. So they want to see your name and the last 4 digits of the card to prove. Which is fine so I sent them the picture of this but because it is on a phone they will mot accept it. They will only take it from a desktop. However, I confirmed with the bank and Apple Card company that the only way you can get this information is from your phone. There is literally no way to see this information from a desktop which it was made clear online and with my bank. They are still not accepting it as valid and I am afraid now that my 300$ is going to just be stuck in the app. They are not being helpful at all with solving this issue.

Needs Improvement but I’m not giving up
I find the apps ease of use most appealing. Yet they often post up many player props later in the day. The selection of props are lackluster, they could use more than a single prop on many selections.
Withdraw process seems to take a standard 3 days to hit your acct. Not the slowest, but better feedback on the process would be nice. Once the funds are established as a withdrawal it could take over 24hrs to see an approval.
I do use this app daily but I’m very frustrated with how the system is designed to halt a submission of picks when odds on a single or multiple props changes and they don’t mark which prop. You have to close the app and reopen to start over. Often times I’ll jump to another app and submit picks elsewhere. Who has time to fumble through your picks 2 or 3 times before it’s accepted.

Love to use this app!
This is such a great app to use! I started using this app this week and I already see the difference better NHA and the other platforms out there. Just my first week there I seen much better value on their props and have more to offer. I had already won two of my slips in one week. Love the payouts that comes with it as well. I recommend people to use this than prizepicks.
