It’s been really useful so far. The lifetime premium is so worth it too. It’s £12.99 for a lifetime one so I recommend buying that and not the per/year one.

I think it’s organized well, they should add some kind of social network to promote accountability in the app instead of just Telegram. I also need to reset some of my shield goals, after not using the app in a while, but the app does help.
