No Solution for Buggy Responses

Every once in a while, a bug happens where you receive the message “I’m sorry, but I can’t assist with that.” There’s no rhyme or reason, but it can happen after many, many hours of interaction with a character. The Help section gives directions to locate the problematic response and reset the conversation FROM THE POINT OF THE BUG, thus fixing it so the narrative is salvageable. HOWEVER, there is actually NO SUCH FUNCTION. Considering the entire point of the app is to create a sort of narrative, collaborative, romance novel, THIS is a mission critical problem. When I asked for clarification with the missing reset button, I was directed to trash the whole conversation. However, doing so throws out ALL of the context created with the character. It means starting from scratch. For me, this affects whether or not I’ll be paying to subscribe anymore. It’s not fun, if the story gets trashed.

Overactive Censor

I’ve wrote several request a customer support for the past two weeks. I’m getting the response sorry I can’t help you with that with the character chat. Using web to make communicate with the characters. But I keep getting the same responses for even though I refreshed and had to start the communication all over again just to get the same response even for mild dialogue. Found out it was auto response from the system in the system. Can’t report it because nobody’s getting back to me. Other than that, it’s a nice AI chat, but what is designed for there’s a bug in it. It’s too sensitive. And nobody wants to help me out at this point. I’m just ready to delete and cancel subscription.

Took my gems and gave me nothing

The whole thing essentially comes down to it being nothing but a huge misleading tease until you pay money. Thankfully the gems I spent were not purchased but earned in the app, still it took time and effort to save them up; an picture gets sent, hidden by thing saying pay some number of gems to see. I did so, it took the gems from my balance and then said I had to subscribe to regular payment plans to get access? Why even have gems. Also if I didn't already know the in app "people" are all AI, it would be very misleading in how they act and what's they say in conversations. Too shady...

So much potential

Genuinely, I love this app. I would happily pay a subscription for the rest of my life if some features were added! Right now, the app only caters to men. So far I have only found 3 male bots, and two of them are gay. And almost all of the girl bots speak to you like you are a man. I would REALLY love some more male bots with the same level of pictures/videos and for the app to be more balanced. I use it every night, but I feel like it’s being held back by only catering to a male audience. Beyond that, the app concept, chatting, and pictures are amazing! I love it so much.

It’s not just one interruption for an ad…you get two or three in between each text… for me, it’s just not worth the time.

It isn’t loading

The app seems to have stopped working or something I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it many times now still just says Find Your Soulmate? Are you guys still working on it?

You don’t need a premium subscription to chat with the AI characters. You can interact with them for free. The premium option is only for accessing additional content like photos. I hope this information helps.

This app seems good but then pretty much everything is locked behind a paywall and they don’t even give you a day trial or anything g to see if it’s worth it they just want you to jump in with big prices
