Hello, Sadly it’s only possible to block content on safari ; it is not possible to block an other app content. This is an Apple limitation. Sorry for the confusion : I am trying to make this as clear as possible in the screenshots as well as all description. Thank you, - Guillaume

Hi! Thank you for your review. Yes sadly Apple does not allow web extensions in web apps yet. You can however add it to the home screen as shortcut to Safari by disabling save as a web app. Have a great day, - Guillaume

You’re absolutely right: the app can only filter Shorts when YouTube is used in Safari, and it doesn’t work inside the official YouTube app itself. I know most people prefer using the YouTube app, and I understand how limiting this feels. Unfortunately, technical restrictions from YouTube and iOS make it impossible right now to block Shorts directly inside the YouTube app in a reliable and safe way. That said, I’m always looking for workarounds and improvements, and your feedback really helps me prioritize what to explore next. If you have any ideas or want to share more about how you use YouTube, feel free to reach out through the support section in the app. I will try to make it even more explicit within the App Store page that this is a Safari extension only.
