Please fix this one issue

Only issue is that for me every time I try to play this game in my house a message pops up saying check internet connection and try again but when I hit the retry button it doesn’t work the game works when I am not at home but other than that it won work in my house please fix that otherwise it’s a cool game and please make a sequential game
