No Tippy Tappy is Fantastic!
Ross Smith is a former MLS player and a current MLS commentator. He shared this app on a KMOX radio soccer show and I was immediately interested.
My interest was in Footy Fitness, to increase my speed and endurance in the field. I’ve just started and am impressed and excited!

In Footy Fitness, Ross talks just a bit during the exercises, not to distraction or annoyance but to help prepare and to motivate you through them, and… he also shows that he’s human, too, and that he is also challenged by the activities… hearing him makes it feel like you are performing the exercises together, in person.
The music is just right - upbeat and energetic but not overpowering.

Footy Fitness is good even if you don’t play or don’t want to play soccer.
The other two sets of video are definitely soccer-focused.
This makes a great gift… for yourself, or for upcoming Father’s Day.
