Use it to help my procrastination
I’ve been using this app for a few months now, and at first I had to make it a habit for myself and really consciously make the effort but once I got into the habit I found myself chatting all the time especially when I start procrastinating about something I need to do. It’s like having a person there to reflect back on you and makes it so easy to get started

Needs more languages
Good coaching app! Ask noa is fab except for the fact that it only supports English! You should add more languages for non english speakers
Not actually boring
I expected some boring motivational nonsense, but what I got was useful advice and insightful realizations! I love how conversational ask noa is.
