Beware of downloading this app!
They automatically charged my credit card for annual subscription even though I never authorized it. Had to waste 40 min on the chat and on the phone to finally get it cancelled.
Air tags stink.
I have a total of 7 of these tags and have only been able to get 2 of them to connect to the app. Be careful in purchasing these.

I've had a great experience with NOBL Air. The app is intuitive, connects to the tracker quickly, and makes it easy to keep an eye on my luggage while traveling. I especially appreciate how simple the setup process is and how reliable the location updates have been.

Won’t connect to my subscription
So I got charged $139 for my subscription when I ordered my luggage only to download the app when my trackers were delivered and find out it’s only $99 on the app. then my subscription I paid $139 for will not populate on the app so it won’t work. I spent over an hour and a half maybe two hours on chat with Customer Service only for them to ask for my password which gives my location wherever I’m at and I’m not willing to do that so it still doesn’t work. I’m headed out on a trip today and they still can’t get it fixed. Not happy.

No air tag
I ordered the bundle with the air. The 14 day air subscription expired before I even received the luggage. I was charged for the 1 yr subscription but never received the air tag. I called July 7 and was told it would be expedited. Today is July 17th and I still haven’t received the air tag. I called again and was told it would be expedited. I paid for a service I can’t even use. I feel like I scammed out 167 bucks for something i can’t and haven’t used

can’t even use the app nor free trial unless u pay. the free trial is a scam. why would i pay over $100 for something i cant even test out? why offer a free trial if there is none. i’ll just use an air tag.

Why give someone advice that they have to buy a subscription from you to track. How does Apple track devices? This sucks.

Disappointed on cases, fluff and air tag ($139)??
For a company to want to produce the best, it is lacking at its best! Ordered 5/12 told would arrive by 5/22, nope! Called because it said it was shipped! Took them 45 minutes to answer a phone that just rang and rang!! Finally spoke with someone who agreed there was an issue, stated they’d give me 15% back if I stayed on board and waited a little longer. Ok so I waited and they arrived 6/2. The carry on’s handle is all scratched up, the “covers” were just thrown in. So it doesn’t fold right now. And then the big kick in the butt is the fact that I bought 6 air tags.. to get 6 free! And NOW I see I have to pay ANOTHER $139 per device per year to activate?!? No thank you… my Apple Air Tags work just fine, and have for 4 years so far! And the app can’t connect to the device either. Please, just send me the return labels and refund me ! This is ridiculous!

Impossible to connect
I have been trying to get hold of this company for days now my trip is on Friday they charged my card for a whole year subscription even before I got the luggage for Nobl AirTags that won’t even connect not it’s asking me to subscribe for another $139 in order for me to connect this is a scam fix it or refund my money for the luggage ,the power bank and AirTags

Doesn’t work.
The air tag will not connect. The app is different than the instructions provided with the device. This is complete garbage.
Device is Junk and Company is IMPOSSIBLE to Contact - NO WAY the positive reviews are real!
First: I ordered my Nobl Air the 1st of May and it wasn’t delivered until today, May 19th. Second: They charged my credit card for a full year subscription a full week BEFORE the Nobl Air was even delivered! I attempted to contact the company multiple times to get this issue resolved without any success. Emailing them, gets no response, they have NO phone support and using their online chat only results in getting a promise of an email reply that never arrives. I wish I had done more research before I purchased from this company, do yourself a favor and search Nobl on Reddit then heed the warnings and move on to a different company. Don’t waste your time or money with Nobl.

The app never found my device. I tried all the tips and it didn’t work and so in frustration I cancelled with apple subscriptions. Only thing is, I was still charged and they are not trying to refund my money for a service I didn’t use and will not use….

I am loving my nobl air tracking device. I love that the app gives you very specific tracking details.
Extra Features
I have the whole Nobl Luggage set and I love all the great features that come with them. The cup holder, the USB port and the hooks to hang your handbag on . The Weekender bag has a separate compartment for shoes and has many other compartments. I’ve said in my other reviews. This luggage is the Cadillac of suitcases. I bought my daughter the carryon and the weekender and she absolutely is thrilled with both pieces. As I am her mother. I would rate this luggage a 10+.
