App fails to keep me signed in

Horrible app. At the pump I try opening the app and it signed me out. Try signing back in and it is a huge pain. I’m all set with this. I’ll get gas elsewhere

Won’t open

I just updated the app and now it won’t open. I have deleted it and reinstalled it twice and it still won’t work. I was told that the launch was Saturday and all should be done by today. Can you tell me how to fix this?
