I give credit where credit is due. We started at 172 went up to 195. Sitting around 188-190 super solid. Nutrition was very simple to follow, he knows what he is doing. He always answers your questions no matter the time. Coach Noble is always someone who I will be grateful for, for getting me into the sport of bodybuilding. 2022 just getting started!
