Can’t get to play on Apple TV 👉🏽 It used to work great up until about 2 months ago - any suggestions?
Love the app content but doesn’t play on any of my Apple TV’s - phone works fine.

App only plays videos sometimes
UPDATE: developer responded to my feedback and I can confirm the iPhone and iPad apps are working for now but not the Apple TV.

Good concept, but more often than not the videos will not play. I’ve used iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV. Restarted, and still no luck. Sometimes it does work but most of the time they do not. Just pops up an error or the logo will keep showing. On 1gb internet with no other issues with other sites or apps.

Availability
I have low watch rate. Many times a video won’t play. I’ll try the same clip multiple times with no luck. Having same problem now the hero clip won’t play. Oh well.

We fixed the iOS app first, and all the videos should play smoothly. Please update your iPhone/iPad app to the latest version.
安定感が無いアプリですね
動画が再生出来ないバグがちょくちょく発生します。年に12回以上はありますね。自分のiPhoneかApple TVが古いからなのか…❓月に一度ゆっくり出来る時間を作ってサーフィンの動画に今夜は溺れちゃうゾって、気合い入れてたのにこの仕打ちはキツいです。
扱ってるコンテンツは大満足なんです。観れる時はスゴい満足なんですよ。
こんな素晴らしいアプリなんでずっと続いて欲しいんでサブスクしてます。が、しかし、再生出来ないんですよ。毎回毎回。

Nothing loads
Paid the weekly subscription thinking it would solve the issue. It didn't. Don't waste your money
App will not load/play videos
Was really excited for a platform for just surf videos, however this last week I’ll open the app I try and watch a single video and it won’t load. I’ll close the app l/re-open try a different video, again will not load. All week I’ve been attempting to use the app since discovering it. Genuine question for the Dev and owner, why would i even consider a subscription for an app that doesn’t even work?

WiFi環境でも再生ができなくて、再生ボタンを押してもRetryとしか出てこなくなってしまいました。好きなアプリだっただけに、改善して欲しいと願います。

Video playback isssues
A lot of videos fail to load in the app and it’s hard to get out of the retry loop. The app needs work. Many bugs

Feels like the app only works half the time. I constantly get “Retry” error screen when I try to watch videos.

My spotify & calm work playlist replacement
I used to bounce from spotify to soundcloud to youtube to my calm meditation app for tunes while I work. Now I have my phone just auto play on a nobody surf playlist and it's lovely! I prop it up so I can glance over and see some beautiful inspiring beach and surf. Keep it up plz!!
Bring back stacking clips
Does the money from subscription go towards the filmmakers and surfers???

Love this app a lot, would be awesome to see if available on things like PlayStation to watch on the tv with ease, I know it’s on chrome cast so hopefully not far off. The one issue I’m having is watching full screen on the phone app, tends to show half of two videos and ends up playing another video.

What is this this app is great to find and watch surf videos but that’s not my problem with it u have to pay to watch more than ten videos a week not ten videos a day TEN VIDEOS A WEEK!
Only 10 vids a week
Used to be you could watch 10 vids for free per day. Seemed reasonable to prevent people from leaving it on the background and tying up all the bandwidth. Now it’s 10 vids per week or pay money. I wouldn’t recommend paying any money as most of the vids are surf merchandise ads or amateur vids. I’ll go back to watching on YouTube… it was good while it lasted.
