About

Noewa is a gentle mood gardening and breathing reset tool designed for women who want a sustainable, low-friction way to track emotional well-being without the weight of clinical journaling. Instead of starting from a blank page, Noewa guides each check-in through simple choices: mood tags, intensity, energy, triggers, short notes, optional Mood Scene photos or built-in visual scenes, and a reset rhythm. Your saved entries become a local mood archive. Noewa helps you review daily records, trigger patterns, breathing activity, monthly mood summaries, and a soft cycle-mood reflection view. You can also use Reset Plan tools for grounding, breathing, and release routines, then save completed sessions to your timeline. Noewa keeps the experience practical and private. Mood logs are stored locally on your device. Photo access is requested only when you choose Take Photo or Choose Photo in Mood Scene, and share cards are generated locally from your saved entry without uploading your personal notes. The app includes a small library of self-care articles such as Soft Window Mood Check, Butterfly Hug Reset Card, and Cycle Mood Pattern Review. These local guides help you name what you feel, notice repeated patterns, and return to simple care steps when the day feels full. Noewa is not a clinical journal, diagnostic tool, crisis service, or AI chat companion. It is a calm everyday space for recording what happened, noticing repeated triggers, and turning small moments of care into a clear, visual emotional archive. New mood saves include free daily allowances, with additional saves supported through in-app coins.
