About

NoFile turns your phone into a wifi file server. Share a folder or a few files, tap start, and anyone on the same wifi opens a web address in their browser to download them. No cloud, no accounts, no cables — the files never leave your network. HOW IT WORKS - Choose the folders and files you want to share. - Tap start. NoFile shows a web address and a QR code. - On any laptop, phone, or tablet on the same wifi, scan the code or type the address into a browser. - Browse and download. That's it. Everything runs on your phone over the local network, so there's nothing to sign up for and nothing uploaded to a server. It works with any device that has a browser - with no app to install on the other end. FEATURES - Share whole folders or individual files - Any browser downloads them, no app needed on the other device - A QR code and a plain web address to connect fast - Optional passcode, so only people you trust can browse - Optional uploads, so visitors can send files back to your phone - Live activity: see who's connected and watch transfers as they happen - Block a device with one tap - Auto-stop after idle, and keep-awake to hold the server open - Handles large files and folders PRIVATE BY DESIGN NoFile has no account, no analytics, and no backend. Your files are served straight from your phone to devices on your own wifi and never touch a cloud. Files never leave your wifi network. GOOD TO KNOW - Both devices must be on the same wifi network. - Some guest and hotel networks stop devices from seeing each other (client isolation); those won't work. - Keep-awake holds the server open while the screen would otherwise sleep.
