These reviews say easy to use, yes it used to be very good and easy now just so un user friendly that employees are given multiple warning because they refuse to use this. Why can’t thing be as supple as they need to be.
App says my device is jailbroken/rooted
I tried to get assistance from Apple Tech support (Apple Care) to get past the error message. They were unable to assist me and said I need to contact Noggin tech support?
Cant contact anyone if I cant get into the app. So the app is useless to me since I have no way to get support.

Scrolling doesn’t work right
Why does everything require two-finger scrolling? It worked right before. This isn’t functional.

I’m having the same problem. Seems to be caught in a loop. Started about a month ago on a new iPhone14. Now I have the same problem on my SE phone. I’ve reported it to my IT dept. Have had no resolution or comment from anyone. Works fine on my computer.
App doesn’t work all the time
I am trying to use the app and sometimes it works and most of the time it doesn’t on my phone. It recirculates and asks me to login multiple times and freezes. It does work on my laptop with no issues. Requesting IT to look into app to see why not working on phone - specifically iPhone. Would be nice to receive some feedback. Thank you

Buggy software
My organization has been using this software for nearly a year for scheduling, this app and the desktop website consistantly not only fail to organize schedules but regularly glitch out when users try to lookup and register for activities and events. The website and app crash at random moments, lastly you have to login every single time you use the app.
Do your organization a favor and use a better system for your events or scheduling.

Domain issues
This app frequently forgets my domain and this delays me from using the app. If my domain was simple, which it is not, this would be less of an inconvenience.
UPDATE: So tired of lost domains, I wish my organization would find a better app.

Needs work
After viewing a report, i click “back” to go to the dashboard. All this button does is open the last photo viewed in the report.
It isnt a back button at all. This issue carries onto the website aswell.
