NOIS HRM Pro is a Human Resource Management app for companies that have subscribed to the NOIS HRM service. It helps employees and managers handle everyday HR tasks right from their phone. REQUIREMENTS This app is for users who belong to a company with an existing account. Employees sign in with a company-provided account. New companies can register their own workspace directly in the app. KEY FEATURES • Attendance – clock in/out and view history. • Leave – submit and approve requests, track remaining balance. • Overtime – register and approve extra working hours. • Business trips – create and approve travel requests. • Work from home – register and approve remote-work schedules. • Goods management – track company goods and supplies. • Personal profile – manage employee profiles, departments and job titles. • Notifications – receive real-time approval updates.
