Worst app
Login page is taking too much time to load and when it loads it log in timeout. Can’t even same and sync any contact number. What is use of the number if can’t save a contact number.
Unable to login , keeps on loading
Can you check what is the problem with this app, as unable to login, keeps loading on indefinitely and then comes back to login screen without logging in.
Could not login into the app
Watch seems to be fine after 3 years, but now not able to login into the app, seems mobile app is not more supported. How to access watch features now.

Useless buggy app
The app shuts down while exploring the shared photos; messages from the watch can only be sent to one number; GPS location is unreliable; and photo quality is poor.
Deleted everything
I bought this watch for my kid almost a year ago and then suddenly without any warning all the photos got deleted her chat with me got deleted everything basically reset the watch face reset with no trace of the old one the time format reset to the original. 0 stars do not recommend

This is very good but it shows gps to the china every time please fix the bug for next update but it anyways is very good gift for my child everything good working on the app but I couldn’t connect to noise fit app and I can’t connect to the phone on Bluetooth please show the tutorial on google thank you

Not logging in
After all setup the watch and I tied relogging into the app, but it spinning forever in the login screen. Not sure what to do next. Please help.

Poor Quality Don't Buy waste of mony and customer support
No signed wrong tracker , Poor quality waste of money and no option of turn or refund. I would request better to buy something else.
Doesn’t work internationally
It was gifted to my son in India and it doesn’t accept Australian sim , so much for nothing ….
Worst app for smartwatch
The app does not sync the location properly it literally shows that the watch is some 100 meters away from its original location, the sms which is not shown in the watch it should atleast be shown on the app if not on the watch.
Can’t disable Dial Pad
Nice watch, does the expected job. Just few feedback.
1) Child can dial to any number by entering the number manually. Please put some control similar to incoming calls.
2) Watch has very weak capacity for capturing the signals. Same SIM card has full strength in Mobile while weak on Watch at same place-same time.
3) The safe zone area of 500m range is too big. Need more small range control.
4) It will be great if the location can be synced with Apple “Find my” app.

Worst watch not recommend for kids at all
Bought this watch thinking it would be good to keep track of my kid. But nothing works in this watch nor the GPS nor the alarm. Please don’t buy this watch as this app is pathetic and the customer service is horrible. Your kids are at risk if you think you can keep a track of them and stay peacefully!

Simply pathetic
Their app is too buggy and the worst part is the customer care. They want customers to raise a complaint hence the process is too complicated to reach them which will such lot of blood out of you. They are worst.
Allow to register device with International sim
This device is literally useless, if we can’t proceed with registering with an international sim cards. I purchased this watch in India during my vacation, but now I cant register with my overseas sim card. So kindly update the app so it can accept sim numbers other than +91.
Location not showing Up
I bought this watch for live tracking but positioning not working. Tried multiple attempts but nothing helped. I will not even give a star for this App bcoz the basic functionality itself not working. Waste of money. Unnecessarily bought noise scout.
Problem with the app
Hii. I’ve been using this app for a while. This app doesn’t show the voice mails I sent and it is also not showing the voice mails I received. I’m getting a notification that I received something, but it doesn’t show anything.
