This program is just what I was looking for it has many different sounds and the ability to combine them and control the volume and also has an equalizer. It is a totally free program made to help people with hearing problems. Thank you very much.

I really like the ability to choose several sounds at a custom volume. I’m using the nature sounds exclusively.
I’d like to suggest more varieties of rain and at least one more wind. I like the ‘rain hitting an umbrella’ but ‘Rain on a tent’ would be great. There are two others that I would love to be added:
The sound of an old creaking ship at see. A good example can be found on YouTube by searching: ‘10HR Creaky Wooden Pirate Ship Rain Sounds For Sleep: BLACK SCREEN Pirate Ship Ambience for Sleep’
Underwater bubble sounds would be really cool too. The idea of sleeping while in a cozy submarine is relaxing (minus mechanical or sonar sounds)
A light hailstorm would be nice too.
I think that adding more nature sounds will help make this the #1 app in the market. Thanks!

Great for relaxing
The app has a great selection of different sounds to mix together. For some reason, my saved mixes are lost when I quit the app. Other than that it’s a great app!
Exceptional App! A ton of great sounding content!
The app is made well, from the design to the layout, the icons are adorable, perfect sized, with little animations that make you take a deeper look into this developer!
There is so much content (sounds) from the normal nature sound, all of the generated white, brown, pink noise types, along with unique mechanical sounds… motorboat, truck engine, race car doppler effect and that list goes on and on.
There are some great musical pieces, calming guitars, pianos, even a soft humming from a female child “pans labyrinth” effect!
One thing that excited me was the “tick tick tock” of the clock… however, it is on a loop that wasn’t edited correctly. It ticks maybe 4 times, and the “background noise” cuts out and you can here where the loop starts over, because that happens it makes it virtually unusable in a calm setting because it is a distraction. (But this is literally the ONLY issue I have found with the app.)
If that loop was fixed maybe actually record 1 minute of the clock ticking before looping the recording it may not be so bad, (or) make sure the loop doesn’t drop out the (room ambience) and it loops without the quick dropout… in my opinion, it would literally be one of the best sleep apps on the market.

Love this app
It’s crazy how many options this app has and yet it is so intuitive to control. This app has a permanent place in my app library. I only wish I had it when my kid was little. This app would have put him to sleep in seconds. I love how I can finely tune each option to get just the perfect mix. I love using it now as an app for creating focus noise.

Love this - so relaxing
The name of this app was similar to another I have, that has loud, obnoxious (to me) sounds, such as lawnmowers, screams, high pitched noise, etc, that I almost bypassed this one. However, it has amazing sounds that calm my nerves; rain, melodies, etc, and the fact you can combine them makes it truly customizable to your needs at any one moment. I highly recommend this app. I never write reviews, but as I listen to the app’s audio, I’m truly motivated to endorse this app by this developer.

Great for a noisy workplace
This app may have been intended to help babies sleep, but I find it useful at work. I work in a school and my office is near the music practice rooms. Hearing students (and sometimes teachers) practice the same pieces over and over can get tedious when I’m trying to focus on something, so I use Noise Maker to drown them out. I either plug my phone into my desktop speakers and crank them up or use wireless headphones. I find the brown noise sound is the most effective for my needs, sometimes with a little air vent or washing machine added in. It helps save my sanity and lets me focus on what I’m trying to work on. I’d definitely recommend trying it out.
