Don’t use app for getting tickets
This app is terrible! When you select the seat and go to payment, it turns it to a blank page. Lost out on so many great seats because of this horrible experience.
Scams
When I was trying to buy XLOV tickets, it says that my tickets expired so I entered all my credit card information again a second time. But in the end it charged me twice and the help desk was unavailable to they charged me a cancelation fee because they didn’t answer and I was unable to get the codes redeemed because it was fraud. Stick to Ticketmaster.

Terrible ticketing experience
Would have to leave my phone on overnight, took 10-18 hours to get through to the front of a ticket queue. You can’t search available tickets like Ticketmaster or Ticketek, you have to go through section by section. The UI isn’t designed for mobile devices. The section names are tiny and hard to tap on accurately. Section maps are too big to fit on a phone screen so you have to keep scrolling across.

You get the left overs
NOL World is basically the leftovers of NOL interpark. Whatever is not sold to the Korean market gets made available to everybody else.
NOL Interpark users get into the ticket queue much quicker than NOL world users and they have access to ticket return waitlist.

Can’t purchase anything
I can’t even buy tickets. My screen freezes each time and goes white.
Doesn’t work for tickets on iPhone
This app fails at the payment screen for buying concert tickets. After I clicked payment the window went white and was unresponsive. It did this in the browser as well. The website is also very glitchy.
7 hours of my life gone HORRIBLE USER INTERFACE
I waited seven hours in a waiting loading screen for a concert. 32,000 in line. Finally got to 0 and I got to choose seats. The screen was SOOO SMALL! And it didn’t tell me where the available seats are. I just had to click through each section and hope there is a singular seat. Nothing… there were no seats. Clicked on those tiny boxes, and then I was timed out after 10 minutes of searching. WORST USER FACE I HAVE EVER USED

Such a HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE! Dreadful App Don’t Bother with it.
Unless you’ve got nothing better to do with your life. Three hours of waiting patiently, only to have reached the booking page, which, the Booking page made no sense. It was not visible because this app is not made to use on phones or IPads. I literally zoomed in and the page just slide away! I was just slide off! I wonder how many Bots managed to get tickets for Arirang Busan? The tech on here is sticky and unpredictable. I am extremely disappointed that I could not rely on the only method for tickets for BTS with NOL WORLD. This APP made it impossible.

white screened
got all the way to payment and gave me a blank white screen. how can you have a pop up telling me to finish my reservation when i can’t do anything on the dang app?? at that point, just stick to the web browser version. lost out on great seats bc of this. what a joke
Waste of time
Poor session management. Kicked me out for reauthentication during queueing several times. Use the website instead.
Passport verification is trash
I cannot get my passport to verify no matter how many steps I take. Different lighting, better angle, clearer picture, etc. it fails each and every time. Support is hard to find and slow to respond - which can be detrimental when buying time-sensitive tickets.
Very bad
Waited 3 hours for tickets, finally reached payment—and the app refreshed itself, not once but twice. Honestly exhausting and beyond frustrating.
Even worse, this is the only ticketing option for concerts in Korea. Do better. The app really needs to improve its stability and reliability.

Payment screen blank
The app is so buggy and everytime I tried to check out, the payment screen went blank. I had my desired seats selected and had them in my cart and when I went to check out, it didn’t even let me put my payment information in because the screen was just white and blank. Please fix!!!!

Ticket payment
The ticket payment for concerts at least goes blank when you try to submit your payment. Horrible. Missed out on tickets because of this.
