Choose the protection style that fits how you want to use Instagram: Gentle gives you limited access before checking in. Strict blocks Reels. Nuclear blocks both posts and Reels. Reflection adds a brief intentional pause after posts and every few Reels. You can also control specific surfaces, including Home Feed, posts, Reels, Explore, Stories, and video behavior. Pause autoplay, block videos, use weekday-only protection, and enable Following only to open Instagram’s home/posts view in the Following feed. NoLoop also shows local impact stats, including interventions, blocked scroll loops, stopped videos, active days, and estimated minutes of attention returned. Privacy is central to the product.
