Can’t login
App keeps saying can’t login because data isn’t in correct format.
Stole my money
Texted the owner asking if I was going to be charged a subscription fee because it gave me a 2 week trial while my application was being “submitted” never got back to me. I couldn’t find a way to cancel the subscription and they had told me that I wouldn’t be charged on Saturday 10/29/2022 and today 11/03/2022 only 5 days later I was charged a $25 subscription fee even though I am not a driver and can’t use the subscription. Awful
Signed up to be a driver. Ended finding a new job after i filled out the application. I never once drove for this company. But my bank account has been getting charged for months now.
Credit Card Fraud!
After application to drive process you receive text that you will be contacted to be on boarded. I Never was texted or “on boarded”, but they attempted to charge my card before the “14 Day” free trial and then kept attempting until I had the card blocked. Multiple texts within the to them ignored. No email or phone number to call. App should be removed from store!!
