They have a PAGE dedicated for “DEED OF THE MONTH” where they post where the donations of that month went. I truly trust this brand and their message + the jewelry is so awesome! Budget and RELIABLE!
I LOVE Nominal not only is their customer service above and beyond the jewelrys is chefs kiss Allahuma barik May Allah bless their company.I have never owned Jewelry that is made so well due to not being able to afford nice things like that Nominal has popped off truly I have had a name necklace from them along with many other things and it has yet to TARNISH and the price is affordable so why even hesitate to purchase.

When I log into my account on the web verses the app, my favorites/wishlist doesn’t sync.
Customer service
I ordered an item but put in the wrong address. When the team said less than 24hour customer service reply, that was not an exaggeration. The customer service is so much helpful. Thank you Nominal for listening.

Best Customer Service EVERRR, Most Beautiful Jewelry Everrr!
If there was an option to give them more than 5 stars, I would definitely give them all. To be honest, since I’ve been shopping online, they are on the top of my list of favourites now in terms of customer service and products. Its the first time I am writing such a detailed review for any company because I never felt its worth the time. But Nominal is definitely an exception and I am going to tell you why.
I can share my experience with them in points as I have soooo many positive things to share about them.
1. My mom ordered a custom necklace for my daughter and a 4Qul 3D bar for me. The color (Rose Gold) she wanted was out of stock. Anyways, she still placed the order in Gold. Then I connected with Nominal team if they can get me the Rise Gold one. Noor, one of the team members told me that she would try her best to arrange if there is an overstock. Anyways, my order arrived. Suchhhh beautiful pieces. There was a tiny little unnoticeable error on the custom bar & my necklace was Gold as originally ordered. I emailed Noor about it. She was superrrr nice and quick and placed another order for me FREE OF CHARGE for corrected custom bar & Rose gold bar. I said to cancel it as it was no big deal. She was amazingggg and she ordered 3 other items FREE OF CHARGE for me as a goodwill which I was planning to buy and were in my cart. I was OVER THE MOON, AMAZED, EXCITED. I was so so soooo happy about it.
2. My mom ordered just one gift box for the necklace and Nominal team sent both the necklaces in the gift boxes. (we paid only for one).
On the top of that, they also included personalized message from my parents to us which they don’t do it usually.
My mom lives 1000s of miles away from me in Pakistan and I’m in Canada but they are sooo good in their customer service. My mom is so happy as she couldn’t send cards for us on our birthdays. These were our birthday presents.
3. I availed their deal of ‘buy 3, get 4th free’. I requested them to send 3 items on one address and 4th on the other address. Both addresses were in different countries and they were again sooo helpful that they separated my orders and sent them to different addresses without charging me an extra dime for shipping.
4. They are always an email away. They respond to you so fast and make sure that their customers are happy and satisfied with every single purchase, whether its small or big.
I’m so soo sooo impressed by them. What also inspires me to buy from them is that they are helping the needy people. They are donating $$ to countries that are going through tough times. Buying from them make me feel that I’m part of their effort to help others.
On the top of everything, their jewelry is beautifulllll, elegant, classy & different. There is something in their each piece which I can relate to. I couldn’t resist to wear it as soon as it came. I feel this brand is very close to my heart. I have no idea why but I’m obsessed with their jewelry, with the team and their customer service. I’m always checking for something new they are introducing. I’ve already bought 8 items from them and 3 free ones are on the top of those. Now I’m eyeing their watches :)

Easy, Loyalty Perks
Alhamdullillah for Nominal! This team is making big moves! Only thing I wish was easier was getting to the page where it breaks down the sections. I wish that when you clicked on “women” boxes for “earrings, necklaces, bracelets, etc” came up. Much like how the “Custom, letter collection, bouquet collection” is laid out.
Other than that I love this! Especially how the loyalty points are even easier to understand now. Don’t forget the 20% off coupon and early access to the VIP launch if you get it now 🥳🥳

The app makes me feel even more connected to the Nominal community and family. It’s so easy to login with my account and keep track of orders and my wishlist. The different tabs are easy to access and search through. I put my notifications on so I can have early access to news and items! I love the Nominal team so much!
