I’m very was very disappointing because of this app.It frequently malfunctions and has serious technical issues. During my trip, I experienced significant inconvenience because I was unable to activate or properly use the app when I needed it the most.
Customer support is also extremely poor — responses are slow and not helpful. In the end, I had to switch to another app, which I was able to activate quickly and without any problems under the same conditions.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this app until they improve both the technical performance and customer support.
