Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback- it's fair. The current lineup is tuned on the easy side: the 5×5 packs are an on-ramp for players new to nonograms, and honestly the 10×10s won't hold up long either if you already know the genre. That's a real gap, I think. What I'm working on now is larger boards — bigger grids with more room for actual deduction. That's the main focus at the moment. On the drag input, it's the core mechanic so it isn't something I can change lightly. But if you have a specific alternative in mind, I'd like to hear it.
