Quality decreasing
I had this game for years. I loved it. A puzzle I’d never seen before but I was so engaged! I loved it. I loved it so much. The ads weren’t awful, in the more complex puzzled it’d take me 30 minutes to complete so one ad every 30 minutes was fine.
Now it doesn’t load. I tried to sync my data to the cloud but that’s entirely non-functional. I deleted and reinstalled the app stupidly thinking it would load the next pack but now I’m back at square one, where it takes me 5 seconds to solve a puzzle, just to be bombarded with an unskippable ad.
I used to love this game. Now I’m desperately searching for any other app like this, and they’re all awful! They’re patronizing and half solve the puzzle for you.

Annoying
Buggy. Ads are out of control and don’t get paid out. I’ve pretty much stopped playing. Used to be great.
Too glitchy
Way too many glitches with zero tech support. Unable to access my purchases. Don’t put any money into this app.
Used to love
Same as others, used to love and now the errors make the game a pain to play. Also do not delete the game as the VIP won’t then reinstall. Support has been horrendous and made me pay again.
Lifetime VIP is not Lifetime
This was the best nonogram game. I’ve had this game for years and have now paid THREE TIMES for the full version because every time they increase the price, they refuse the support “lifetime” VIP members. Half my packs don’t work and the daily challenge only works sometimes. I have emailed support repeatedly and have heard nothing.

Used to love
I have been playing this game for over 5 years, recently the updates have messed the game up. I was on such a high level and when trying to sync the game after getting a new phone I lost all my data. I started them game again as I loved it and randomly a couple of days ago the game has gone down again and again lost all my progress and keep getting an error when trying to sync. Would not recommend as there’s too many technical issues.

Too many ads
I’ve been playing this game for years. Definitely the best app for this kind of game. However there didn’t used to be ads. Now there is an ad after every single level. It’s too much and makes me not want to play even though I love this game :/

Awful Service/stole my money
Don’t get me wrong. I loved this game for a long time. I had beat every daily challenge. I loved it enough to purchase the VIP package and started working on the VIP puzzles. No more ads! Then I got a new phone. I synced all of my apps, but when opened this app, it didn’t transfer my account. I tried several times and it would not sync. I contacted customer service and got zero response. I retried again and nothing. Looked through several reviews and saw several people had the same or similar issues. What a scam. Pay for the lifetime package and it last just a couple of months. This was years ago.

Very Upset
I’ve purchased the lifetime bundle in the past and I was very very far in this game. Then after a while it wouldn’t let me click into a new level. It would just stop loading. And it showed my account as disconnected and wouldn’t let me connect my account - it just kept saying internet error. I emailed them about this issue and never heard back so I decided to uninstall and try again. But now it won’t let me connect my account at all and the ads are there even though I purchased the lifetime and when I press restore purchase it doesn’t work. So now I am back at level one with ads. I am very upset because this is/was my favorite game ever.

fix it please!
i bought the vip pack, and have loved this game for so long but so many pack refuse to open, waisting time and money . i’ve tried restarting my phone, uninstall and reinstalling and nothing happens! please fix this i love it too much!

I downloaded this app in 2018 and have been playing it ever since. I’m a lifetime VIP member because I completed the regular packs at the time and just needed that much more. There’s honestly not another nonogram app that does it as well as this one.
Here’s the reason I’m writing this review. I’ve reached out with this issue 4 times now over the past year or two and have never gotten a response. The packs are SUPER buggy all of a sudden, the “oldest” starting at the “famous sculptures” pack. From then on, I have DOZENS of packs that are frozen saying 2 are complete (whether there’s none or 6 completed) and stuck on loading. I’m also having trouble loading some of the dailies if I’m leaving the current month. I have a COUPLE of days from a January a few years ago that I’ve never been able to go back and 100%.
I LOVE this nonogram puzzle. Nothing else compares. These bugs have just really been pushing me away from the game I love most and I wish these bugs could get fixed.

Classic Mode Broken
FIX YOUR CLASSIC MODE! No matter what I do, classic mode no longer works. I try to open, and the loading wheel just stops…even with the latest update. Such a disappointment. Developers should already be aware based on the many comments I’ve seen that say the same, but haven’t done anything to fix this. Looks like we’re just going to have to get one of the many other similar apps and make them money instead…

Need Help!
Paid for vip years ago. Had a failure a had to reload. I no longer have vip. Tried to restore purchases and it says I’m not online. Obviously I am online or I wouldn’t be leaving this comment. Have tried to contact developer several times. Received auto acknowledgement but no response or action. Love the game but have to move since the developer ignores messages.

Classic Mode Broken
No matter what I do, classic mode no longer works. Such a disappointment. Developers should already be aware based on the many comments I’ve seen that say the same, but haven’t done anything to fix this. Unplayable
8/2/22 - Update - you said you had fixed this issue with latest update - still has not made a difference. It still lags. Nothing changed. This is a good game - but right now it’s completely unplayable due to the lag. Please fix!
8/01/2024 - update - have not been able to play this game for over a year now. Every now and then jump back on to see if it will load and it won’t. Have freshly installed onto brand new iPhone 15 and still sits at 99% loading. Stupid. Do not recommend
12/5/26 - further update, as said above, keep this game in my phone as was a fan but this game is still 100% broken. No update has ever fixed the loading issues. Completely unplayable

Game not working zero customer support
I have played for years, contacted about glitches .. no response, updated phone, now it loads to game but when you try to play a section the section will not load. Trying to contact support and although I eventually got one message acknowledged with a ticket, nothing has happened . Very disappointing

VIP Lifetime purchase
I love this game, paid for the VIPlifetime option, but since I got my iPad fixed recently, I have not been able to restore the purchase. I have subscribed to the monthly payment for now, but will cancel after the free period. When I click on app support, I get an error message!!
