Developers doesn’t care
I sent a question to support regarding a purchase and the reward for it. Four days have passed without a response, and the event has already ended. I wrote that the event was over and there was no point, to which they replied, "Thank you, then we'll close the ticket." I received no explanation for my problem. The developer simply lost a regular donater, because I now have no reason to donate since I don't receive the full rewards.

Carnival rewards
I’ve been playing three years and the Carnivals are incredibly boring anymore.
The free rewards are just keys and Royal Tokens. I remember in the past you could win gear, skill points, pet points, etc.
Also the Carnival activities are the same every single week. No mixing things up. I haven’t seen a Carnival Greenie in MONTHS. Probably a year by now.
Some weeks I don’t even bother finishing because the main reward is Epic Gear and who wants Epic Gear when tourney is basically over? Your gear should be picked and upgraded by Monday night since everything resets Tuesday morning. When the main reward is gear, I will accept it to sell it.
So incredibly disappointing.

I have purchased and spent a lot of time playing this game. I even invited many friends and groups to play. But when my account disappeared, my character was reset back to level 1. I have contacted support twice but still haven’t received any response from the support team. It’s really disappointing.

Game WON’T open with iOS 26.3
Updated phone 2 days ago, and game loads 3/4ths way and displays “connection list retry” error. /cry. As guild leader, this is bad

Dwindling Player Base
Barely any new skills or gameplay added in a year. Just a money farm with boring reskinned events and only 1 guild that can get all rewards every week because everyone quit. Took out ability to join tournaments on Monday to cut back on servers so I’m guessing they are done investing in this game. With everyone mass quitting it’s just the heavy spenders and a few others left so social aspect is dead. Don’t waste money on a stale abandoned game invest in a game with real updates.

Compared to first. How do I locate the original one? This one is trash in comparison. You only earn coins at bosses. First one you could idle and get coins, not this one.
