Nood Assist

NOOD Assist is an alert system that notifies a rider’s designated emergency contact in the event of an emergency. It works in conjunction with the NOOD feature on the truKOM app. When the rider’s NOOD Card is scanned during a ride emergency, an instant alert is sent to their emergency contact. Additionally, the system helps connect first responders or bystanders with the rider’s designated contacts, enabling real-time communication and support.
