2 apps. Need to register on both apps…
Well got the items. Couldn’t log into the app, try to reset the password which take me to a scary black screen to get their custom password which doesn’t work in their app. So now I have a product that I can’t use. I don’t know if the item vacuum is even charging or what

Nooie robot vacuum
I just bought this vacuum cleaner. I tried to register it and the app won’t let me even set up the device. It says error code 1202. I don’t know how anyone can use this if it doesn’t allow you to even install the app!
Locked out of account for months
After 3 months of having it, I got an “Error Code 403” and it refuses to let me sign in or use the reset code to log in and costumer service doesn’t help. I can’t use my vacuum anymore.
