What's New in Nook

1.1.0

August 20, 2026

• Hide your notes. Tap the eye on the home screen and every title and preview is covered, so a glance at your list gives nothing away. • Bring them back with Face ID, all at once or one note at a time. Everything covers itself again the moment you leave the app. • Writing prompts for the days you open Nook and do not know where to start. Fifty one of them, written by hand and grouped by what you might need. • On devices with Apple Intelligence, Nook can suggest a topic or reflect on an entry, on device, with NO network call at any point. • iPad opens into a two column desk, folders down one side and your pages beside them. • The widget now follows your Home Screen tint. • Deleting a folder asks separately what should happen to the notes inside, and can move them to your main list instead of deleting them. • Deleting a note asks first, so one swipe can no longer lose it. • Checkboxes look the same however you add them, and a suggested prompt arrives as a heading with your answer underneath. • New logo • New look-and-feel incl. glass effect Still no account, no cloud, and no networking code. Nothing to collect.

A helpful suggestion

This app is really good. I downloaded it today and I am already enjoying it, but there is a problem. When I hold over a folder I want to change or delete, it always chooses the first folder. Maybe make them separate, or independent? Just a suggestion but I love the app! ♥️
