Nooma New App and Classes

Love the New App! It’s easy and I’m so excited there is a guest sign up spot that’s been added. Thank you!
Classes are legit! I mean, seriously the best classes I’ve ever taken, and I’m OLD and taken classes everywhere in the US. If you want a very good exercise program that focuses on the full circle of mental and physical health and wellness then you need to try Nooma.
