I like this app and the headset is cool, but I can’t seem to find the authentication to authenticate the app with the verification code on my headset, please help :/

TERRIBLE APP
Useless as VR headset. App will not connect with Mac. Doesn’t have adapter to plug in to iPhone. Can’t adjust lenses for each eye. Instructions are as useless as the app. The device makes cool looking paper weight though.
Don’t waste your time
Not only did the app not work, the remote option damaged the video driver on my laptop! Don’t download, for real!

Mac app no longer works
Hard to use iPhone app if Mac app doesn’t work. This app used to work great pre-iOS 11. Please fix?
App doesn’t work at all. Do not buy this product
The app doesn’t work what’s so ever. The instructions on how to use it are horrible because there isn’t any. The remote app doesn’t connect to your computer and you can’t add the noon pro to it. Overall very disappointed and a waist of money. Manufacturer needs to make big updates on the app and there instructions on how to use this product.

Non responsive business
The app stopped working and doesn’t open since iOS 11.2 for me. I’ve been reaching out to their support email and nobody is caring enough to at least reply me. They haven’t done an update in 9 months so far. I think the company is struggling internally.

Ever since the latest iOS update the app crashes as soon as it’s launched rendering it completely useless. I loved it before all this drama though and found it to be the best app for phone vr use which is why the rating I’m giving it isn’t lower please update this app
