I get a sound delay ?!
Hello, I have the Noopl. I also have a new iPhone 13 Pro Max and Apple iPods Pro. All new and operating except the Noopl device causes an obvious delay, although slight, it’s annoying and can’t be used ? Can you comment so I can remove this mediocre feedback. BTW. Iv’e tried every adjustment available.

Thanks for trying Noopl. Noopl's purpose is to help people having face-to-face conversations hear more clearly when they are in situations with background noise. Does that match how you want to use Noopl? Sometimes people buy Noopl to use in those environments but set things up and try them out in quiet.
I cant make it work
It wont let me give it permission to use my sensors, iphone 11pro, (ios version 14.2), Ive turned on everything I could find, but it sends me right back to the settings page whenever I try to select it

Excellent customer service and a fantastic product!
Noopl is very easy to setup and use. And I can finally hear my friends and family in loud restaurants because it filters out all the annoying and distracting background noise! I’ll be bringing it everywhere from now on. Thanks for making my life better, Noopl!
Terrible
Followed instructions (very simple) works ok, has latency issues. The echo I have makes this unusable. I have reached out to support, hopefully I will be pleasantly surprised.

Allows me to hear in noisy environments.
