بتعامل معاهم بقالي ٧ سنين حتى لو في مشكلة في الخدمة بلاقي اهتمام غير مسبوق لحل المشكلة والتحديث الاخير للتطبيق مفيد جدا

خدمة مستقرة من ٧ سنين ولكنكم منذ ٩ أشهر بداتم فى التدنى بالخدمة سواء استقرار او اسلوب خدمة العملاء والدعم الفنى و تقريباً كلكم مكملتوش ٢٠ واحد فى الشركة كلها قايمة عليكم
و اخيراً الخدمة بقت زفت

نصيحة لوجه الله النت كدة كدة سىء فى مصر فمتتعبش نفسك وتبقى مع شركة تابعة مش الأم لانها خاضعة برده للمصرية للأتصالات معرفش بيمشوها مع بعض ازاى بس غالبا واخدة على قفاها انا مع نور بقالى سنتين والخدمة رديئة لمبة الاونلاين شغالة ومفيش نت اصلا وساعات بعلق التليفون عشان يشتغل ده غير خدمة العملاء اللى بتشتغل ساعات عمل محدود يعنى لو النت فصل استنى تانى يوم عشان حد يشوف مشكلتك فنصيحة اهرب منها
