Uses AI voice
I had high hopes for this app, seeing it’s the first of its kind. Most of stories I’ve listened to so far seem like an AI voice is narrating them. It’s hard to relax when all I notice is the odd spacing between words and the robotic voice.
For an app that charges a monthly subscription, I’d hope that they would have real people behind the stories.
