With every new update the app best worse by time now with the latest update you can’t download anything also the phone is betting too hot and consuming lots of battery every 1.5min you lose 1% and my iPhone is 14 pro max with a battery of 100% life this is the only app that turns your phone extra hot YouTube, Shahid and Netflix are not doing this I tried them all.

If you subscribe with noorplay you cant cancel well take mony monthly and you cant cancel it , so beware .

The UI is one of the worst UI on TV. I have to login every other day and it is super hard to login. I keep it for my parents to watch and they don’t know how to login so every damm time I need to go to their house to log them in.
My recommendation:
Better login mechanism on TV and longer session time out if ever needed.
The way you search for a specific episode is super hard. Used to be better and easier.
Fire your entire product team because they are not smart walla

The Apple AirPlay casting does not does not display subtitles to Samsung TV.
Also it does not cast to GoogleHome. When will this be fixed?

Stopped working on Mac after last update
After the last update the app stopped working on my MacBook. I have emailed the support 6 days ago but didn’t hear back.

You cast your show to your TV then no subtitles appears even though it shows on the phone.
You log in from your laptop you enter your credentials then asks you to subscribe again. For some freakin reason system can't recognize your credentials than you already have prescription.
You down loan the app on your smart Tv and you never have access and it can't connect. I love the content but always issues. Last week I was able to watch Orhan #5 with no issues and subtitles showed on my TV, Yesterday tried to watch # 6 no subtitles even though I can see them in my phone. I need to find another provider who shows Orhan so I don't need to deal with this anymore.

Needs quick update
Very bad experience with this version. When playing series on the TV, subtitles remain on the phone and the app must stay open. If the phone locks or the app closes, playback stops and logs out to the Apple logo. You then have to sign in again and search for the series from the beginning. This needs serious improvement.

Update miss logic feature from the last update
Every time I play an episode I should choose the subtitle on and choose the language
If I want to go back 30 seconds I can not with the remote I should the icon 30 seconds back ( the video player is worse than the other )
