Unable to subscribe using a number that I MNPed to Robi back in 2018

Please fix MNP numbers not being able to subscribe.

Says service is for Robi users while having an MNP sim

I have migrated my gp sim to Robi back in 2019 and with that sim I am not being able to use this app as this app keeps on saying “This service is only for Robi users”.
