Frustrating for trying to grow learning due to poor app delays and bugs.

very difficult to cancel
Be careful: they continued charging me after I canceled my subscription. There is no clear option inside the app to cancel, so you have to do it manually through your Apple settings.
Can’t log in
Never was able to use the app & I paid for it

Thanks for reporting this, and sorry for the trouble. We’ve already pushed a hotfix that should apply automatically when you reopen the app with internet, and we’re also releasing a full new app version to the store. If login still fails, contact support with your purchase email and we’ll resolve it immediately.
