Hej med dig. Der er rigtig mange, som gerne vil tale med os, og vi vil rigtig gerne tale med alle der ringer til os. Grundet mængden af kunder som ringer til os, vil der desværre være en længere kø på telefonen, og det beklager jeg naturligvis. Wrong response from developer

It has been previously possible to do a foreign recurring transfer through the app. I have personally done it and I still have a recurring payment from those days in my account. I never filled out a form. I always did it through the app. So what you write is wrong. You removed several useful functions when the app changed ownership.
