About
Norders is a creative community, academy and agency to stimulate innovation and growth leveraging the Nordic core strengths and values. The idea of the community is to promote New Nordic cooperation, but also create an innovation ecosystem of doers to always access the best talent for the best Nordic impact.
Leveraging Nordic values and design creates new synergies with greater benefits for the whole region, both locally and globally. The model is based on various chapters working in a lean startup model which encourage results that would not otherwise be possible - in a cost-effective way.
Norders give priority to activities that promote a wider understanding of the positive impacts of Nordic cooperation. Based on the 'Nordic Model' a framework has been established and Norders aim to harness the Nordic shared values; Trust, Compassion, Equality, Openness, Transparency, Thinkin, Creativity, Innovation and Sustainable Development. Based on the Nordic philosophies of Hygge, Sisu, Lagom and Lykke.
