lights always disconnect, and even though i turn it on on the app, it wont turn the light on, need to always reset and reconnect all lights, so frustrating

I have 3 bulbs and none of them consistently connect. Occasionally one will, but never two or all three. I’ve reset and reinstalled etc but still don’t work. Spend a little more and get better is my advice!!

Disappointing

Doesn’t work with Alexa. The Alexa App doesn’t work. Voice commands don’t work either. Even rung Alexa and they don’t understand why they don’t work. The box says Alexa compatible, they are not! The independent 3rd party app works (by Nordlux), but don’t buy them if you want smart home compatibility!
