I have 3 bulbs and none of them consistently connect. Occasionally one will, but never two or all three. I’ve reset and reinstalled etc but still don’t work. Spend a little more and get better is my advice!!
Disappointing
Doesn’t work with Alexa. The Alexa App doesn’t work. Voice commands don’t work either. Even rung Alexa and they don’t understand why they don’t work. The box says Alexa compatible, they are not! The independent 3rd party app works (by Nordlux), but don’t buy them if you want smart home compatibility!

Grip lamp
Bought this lamp as we wanted to be able to schedule time it turns on and off. Been trying to do this for two days but as soon as I save, the app crashes. Love the lamp, but not the app….
Useless App so smart bulbs won’t work
Bulbs look lovely but after about 2 hours managed to get them to show as connected to App. They appear on my Alexa account but nothing will make them turn on and off as smart bulbs. Clicked on bridge link and just comes up error contact customer support. I’ve always used smart bulbs and never had an issue with other manufacturers.
