SCAM
We needed 2 taxis or one minibus for 8 people from Hovseter to Gardermoen. We called a month in advance and were given prices. They told us it would be 800 per taxi or 1500 for the minibus. Once the morning came and they drove us, they charged 1600 per taxi and to contact the company if we had a problem. We will NEVER use this service again!!!

Buggy app that doesn’t work
App requires SMS code that never gets sent to confirm ride. Renders the app useless.
Stupid app design
Let’s you put in a mobile from uk. Knows that uk code is +44. But by genius design does not then use the international code to send the verification text. So you can’t verify your phone!
Setup Does Not Work
Downloaded the app, connected it to my Apple Pay, entered my personal / contact information to set up the app, and then when it said a verification code was sent to my mobile . . . I waited. And waited. And waited. I checked that I entered my mobile number correctly and had the app resend the verification code. And I waited. And waited. 30 minutes later, still no verification code. I could have reached my destination by now.

Unreliable
Booked a taxi, got a confirmation and car number. App showed car drive straight passed me. I tried calling customer support (couldn't call driver), and then booking disappeared. Hailed a different taxi from the street. 10 min later got a call from the original taxi driver.
