I’m glad we have this option, but I hope it isn’t the future replacement of in person visits. It’s a good option for shut-Ins, but it’s not for me long term.

I just LOVE the telephone visits with Dr. Demattia. She’s always sooo kind & knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable even through a FaceTime call teleconference visit.

I have previously used this app about a year ago and had a decent experience. Last night I logged in to see a doctor and was waiting to be seen. When I first logged in there were 36 patients in front of me so I knew it would be a while. I waited 8 hours (from 9:30pm-5:30am) I finally gave up and canceled the appointment only to find out that the doctor had went offline and I wasn’t notified or even transferred to a different doctor. Very disappointed.

I love this! I had a minor medical problem and wasn’t able to get in to see my regular doctor. This was easy, quick, super convenient and very professional. This will be my go-to from now on if my primary doctor isn’t available.

Love this service, & the price has gone down! So convenient, takes a minute to get it set up, but after that, the next visit, you are literally waiting in line! Have used 5 times now! Awesomeness!

Sometimes the virtual waiting room gets a little crowded, but then so does a physical clinic. Never have to leave my office at work. Can continue working until phys is ready for me.
Have used three times with very positive outcomes.
