Buggy
First time trying it today and ran into several bugs. First, it crashed near the end of my session so I had to log in again. There was no way to connect back with the Doctor that had assisted me so had to talk to another one. Also, since I’m not the primary, I have to ask the primary to give me the code they receive. There is no login for secondaries! Also, when you are chatting with a Doctor, the typing lags which is frustrating. Not the best customer experience.

I literally couldn’t get out of bed 😷
Oh man, I’m so glad I had NormanMD when I ended up having covid for the first time. I knew I was feeling out of it, but I didn’t realize how bad I was feeling until almost too late. Thankfully, Dr. Childers walked me through the process and I didn’t feel so alone. Being sick and all by yourself is the worst, so it was amazing to have a doctor available, right on my phone. I was able to get tested the next day at ARC Far West and a Paxlovid prescription picked up, since I was essentially bed ridden with my lightheadedness and fever for the first part of the week. I couldn’t of gone through this without NormanMD. I felt supported when I needed it most. Thank you so much!
