Wonderful product but terrible app
I have not been able to login or change my password (which I have forgotten) for months. There is simply no option to reset. Restore purchase does nothing. It’s like an endless loop. I can access older issues that have a check mark at the bottom, but not newer ones. It’s very frustrating. I don’t know where to ask for help. The website doesn’t offer any guidance on the app.

Cannot Restore Purchases
I don’t understand the lack of support for this app or its predecessor KFI (Knitting Fever). My recommendation is to buy the magazine and skip this app.
Impossible to use
There is no option to set up an account or to reset a password. They obviously don’t want people to buy.
Convenient App
Allows me to access all my favorite Noro magazine patterns on the go. Affordable and convenient!
Always hard to get into my account
I have several issues of the magazine bought and saved in my account but I can never access them easily. This latest attempt was impossible - I’ve given up!

All I get when I open it shows three balls of yarn no way to get to menu I have already paid for first month and no way to stop auto renewal also asks for password I have never set on so don’t know what it wants

Nobody will help me. I can’t access anything!

I would not recommend this app. I paid the subscription and can’t access a thing.
No longer able to access
The upgrade asks for a login and password. My subscription is due to renew on Christmas Eve at twice the price. Unless this is fixed I’ve lost all the patterns.

Can’t access site even though I have subscribed The restore purchase button doesn’t work. It wants me to sign in with a password??? There seems to be an update maybe that is the problem.
Can’t access what I paid for
My subscription is supposed to be active until March 2023, yet my Noro login has apparently stopped working, and I’m not able to access any of the current magazines. There’s no indication whether this is because I need to change a password, and as far as I can tell there is no way to change a password or create a new account via the app, but I can still purchase a subscription through the App Store? Please fix.

Terrible experience.
I do not recommend this app. My experience is not a good one. I paid 19.99 for a one year subscription, but the app keeps giving me error messages and won’t let me access the contents of any issues. It won’t accept my log in, while also not offering an option to reset the password. There is no help contact info either. I tried this on two different devices with the same result. I have asked for a refund ASAP.

Great pattern app
I used both this app and the previous app put out by KFI that included noro magazines and I much prefer this one. Really easy to use and I feel I am getting more for my money. Past app I had to purchase old issues to view, this app I get ALL the content for the 9.99 a year. Each paper issue is 9.99 so I am only paying 50% per issue- awesome!!

Solved App Issue
I too had all my old magazine purchases through the KFI App which no longer functions. If you download the new Noro App and purchase a subscription, all the old purchases are available as well as all the new editions of the Magazine as they come out. You do have to buy a subscription now instead of buying each edition but it is inclusive.

Old issues missing
I have the same problem as another reviewer. All of my issues purchased through KFI are gone. I still have the app on one of my devices, but it will not let me download. Is everything I paid for gone?
