Simple & time-saving
This is a great way to pay your bill without having to write & mail a check. There is a small service fee (at least for debit cards), but it’s worth it for the convenience.

Super Easy
Super easy to sign up and use. PIN was located on my paper bill - I just filled out my info, made my payment, and was done in 2 minutes.
Not customer friendly
Poorly designed app at best - prompts you to use an 8 character password but won’t continue enrollment process unless it has 10. Getting a PIN number to finish enrollment is like pulling teeth.
