Was working fine until phone was updated. Then old version and updated version will not load.
Cumbersome
I struggle with the app. I currently can’t even read my review. I’ve asked for help from bankers, and they seem unable or unwilling to help. Is it operoperator error? Don’t it. Like I said, the review part of this app isn’t even working. It is SO frustrating
Used to be good
The most recent update has really messed with the function of the app and made it much more of an annoyance. It doesn’t remember your user ID despite selecting remember, the face ID function only works 10% of the time, and now you have to page through accounts as well if you have more than 4. Overall really displeased with the update.
