I asked for a refund the second the auto renewal was charged and they refused to honor my request. It is out and out theft. Do not ever subscribe. Not to mention the stream is horrible and the game isn’t covered fully camera wise.

Make sure you cancel auto renew on your subscription because they will charge you every year until it’s canceled. They don’t give you any warning of auto renew. The charge will just show up on your credit card

Game skipping time and not able to choose home announcers
Watching the game in the app and it skips the game time throughout the game. Horrible experience. Plus, unable to select away announcers. Very poor quality.
So many notifications…
Had to turn off all notifications for this app because they don’t know how to be judicious in how they use them. So many, for anything any team does. It’s just noise.

No refresh option and it is always crashing

This app is now useless. If you want to check scores, stats, etc. you have to cycle back to the home page once you click on a game. There’s no “back” function for some strange reason. Previous version at least let you do that. They sacrificed functionality for shiny graphics. You’re better off using the website.

Didn't see a way to submit a support ticket on the site. Currently, I am unable to select the New Mexico Ice Wolves as a team for the app and notifications.
Update with new team in MD
Please update to include expansion team in Maryland, and with new players since draft is over.

Crashes. Slow. Updates are horrible. Started getting updates 2 hours after game was done. Fix this please. Also needs a transaction page. I am updating my review because nothing has been done. Works great mid week when there are no game scheduled. Friday and Saturday as it loads it crashes and crashes my phone.

Needs A Ton of Work
I like that you can look at all the different stats, but on the downside the view is completely blown up which makes you have to scroll then you loose your place. It should start small and let you zoom in, not start out in an exploded view. Next i cannot watch videos live or stream old games which i pay extra for so fix or give refunds. It will not load old games nor show me the games i want to see. Should be separated by leagues. Tends to freeze up a lot.
Also should be able to look up team standing and player for that team not all teams depending on weather they are a skater, forward, or defense. You get on this now. Please start troubleshooting and get some updates out.

Needs help!
Was not a fan of FASTHockey but it at least worked from time to time. "Slow connection and crashes" very disappointed.
